What is an active contact person?

The active contact persons of a laboratory all have a username and password to log in to the CF Network website. An active contact person can therefore complete the registration form and datasheet and is able to see the results and comments for the EQA scheme participated in.

How can I add an additional contact person to the laboratory?

If you wish to add another contact person to the system, send an e-mail to the CF Network at providing the following details: First name, last name, telephone, fax and e-mail address of the new contact person.

The new contact person will receive his username and password via e-mail.

How can I change any of my contact or laboratory details?

You should go to the CF Network website and log in. Within your EQA participant’s area you will be able to edit your contact or laboratory details. Be careful, in case you changed laboratory, you should ask to suspend your current account and create a new account for the new laboratory.

How can I replace a contact person?

In case the current active contact person of the laboratory should be replaced by another person, you should contact the CF Network at .

Provide first name, last name, telephone, fax and e-mail address of the new active contact person. If possible, include the original contact person in the e-mail as well. The original contact person will be put on status ‘suspended’. This person will not receive communication from the CF Network and will not be able to log in to the website anymore.

I will not participate in the CF EQA scheme anymore and do not want to receive any communication anymore, how shall I proceed?

The CF Network can convert your status from ‘active’ to ‘suspended’. If you want to do so, send an e-mail to the CF Network: . Participation information will remain in our system for historical purposes .

What should I do if I do not remember my password anymore to log in to the EQA participant’s area?

You can easily request your password by clicking on ‘Forgotten password’ in the right menu on the CF Network homepage. Fill in the e-mail address of the active account in the text field. An email with a new password will be sent to this e-mail address.

Can I change my password?

You can easily change your password by clicking on ‘Change password’ in the right menu when logged in.

Can I change my username?

In the ‘Contact Person Details’ section of the EQA participant’s area you can choose 'edit' for the person that is logged in. There you can change your username.
